the game might be doing 30fps becasue the game doesnt monitor refresh rates at all nor does it let you unlock FPS. Is there anything I can do here? well from what im hearing this version of the game is (sadly) ripped directly from the PS3 version which means that it wont exactly have fleshed out support for PC. When I do full screen mode I get a 30fpslock and can't find anything in the files to unlock it.
