ImgBurn displays info about the disc in the drive. Will Burn Disc Image burn an ISO to disc, or does it think the drive is empty? You said ImgBurn will burn an ISO image okay. Do any of the other Roxio modules recognize partly-used data discs where they don't see blank ones? What happens when you try to use Burn Data Disc to add data to a disc which already has some data on it but is not closed? MyDVD won't see blank discs to do a burn, though it creates images okay. Copy Disc won't see source discs, for either a disc copy or copy to image.
